Andrey Kholodny was appointed Deputy General Director for development of nonlinear services of Tricolor TV.
The primary task of the Deputy General Director for development of nonlinear services of Tricolor TV is elaboration of the commercial strategy of new products and services development, management of the projects related with elaboration and introduction of additional services.
Andrey Kholodny was born on November 30, 1979 in Moscow. In 2002 he received a Master Degree in IT-engineering at Budapest University of Technologies and Economics. In 2004 he graduated from N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University in the specialty of Robotics. In 2014 he received an MBA degree at Stockholm School of Economics.
In 2006–2010 he managed the Beeline department of additional services. Over the period of his work at the company Andrey Kholodny carried out successful launch and development of a new Beeline TV product: IPTV. He launched the Mobile TV service in Moscow. From 2010 till 2014 he successively held the positions of the Executive Director for media asset management and the Executive Director for venture products at Rostelecom PJSC. He was responsible for development of all TV products (analog and digital cable television, interactive TV, Zabava.ru), was a member of the Board of Directors of NMA Advertising Agency and NKS Media holding, was involved in development of the game platform and financial services. From the late 2014 till 2016 he headed MOYO TV (Moyo.tv). In April 2017 Andrey Kholodny was appointed Deputy General Director for development of nonlinear services of Tricolor TV.
