Olga Molostvova has been appointed a Programming Director of Tricolor TV own channels. Her major task at the new position is development of the strategy of expanding the audience of Tricolor TV own channels and increasing the effectiveness of its monetizing.
Olga Molostvova was born on August 21, 1974 in Kimry, Tver region. In 2002 she obtained the Master Degree in sociology at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, and in 2012 she received the MBA at Moscow MIRBIS International Higher School of Business.
In 2008-2010 Olga Molostvova managed the group of forecasting of the mass media department of Video International advertising seller. In 2010-2011 she was the Programming Director of 7TV Chanel. Over the period of her work Olga performed successful rebranding of the channel; its audience increased fourfold. From 2012 till 2015 she was Deputy General Director for Research of UTV Holding. She participated in the expert council of TNS Russia Group of users of telemeasurement data. She headed the working group for organization of an audit of TNS television panel. As the programming director she participated in relaunching of MUSTV Channel on the new platform.
In spring 2017 Olga Molostvova was appointed a Programming Director of Tricolor TV own channels. In her new capacity Olga will supervise the area of the operator’s own-produced television channels development. The area of her responsibility will also include analysis of the competitive environment and needs of Tricolor TV subscribers, content policy-making and formation of the line-up of these television channels, selection of the monetizing model as well as their marketing promotion.
