«Tricolor TV»: 32% growth in 1st quarter of 2016

«Tricolor TV» substantially increases its incomes year by year, and its financial dynamics is the same as in 2015. For example, the operator’s income has increased by 32% in comparison with the same indicator in the first quarter of the last year (2.7 billion rubles), and now it is 3.4 billion rubles.

From January 1 to March 31 2016, 424.1 thousand subscribers were connected to High-Definition Television (HDTV) by «Tricolor TV». Total number of HD subscribers has increased by 6% and exceeded 7 million subscriber homes. The subscriber database of «Tricolor TV» has increased 11.87 million subscriber homes. When connecting to HD facilities of the operator, nearly a third of all new subscribers choose the package «Edinyi Multi» (2000 rubles/year) which enables to watch high-definition television channels on several screens.

Thus, high incomes of the company are guaranteed by the loyalty of its customers who choose innovation services of «Tricolor TV».

Alexey is sure that such great variety of TV channels available at the price of HDTV, the only Russian package of UHDTV channels, multiscreen, additional packages and services, the all-Russian program of replacement of equipment are factors that now create a distinct image of the national operator whom its subscribers can trust.

Since August of last year, the own federal retail chain of «Tricolor TV» became the main point of its customer-oriented policy. By the end of the 1st quarter of 2016, the number of sales and maintenance centers and brand showrooms in more than 200 cities of the country reached 240. Further development of the chain is planned as well.

As of now, nearly a third of all cases of replacement of outdated satellite equipment with new generation receivers provided in accordance with the respective program implemented with the company’s technological partners is carried out through the company’s chain.

In accordance with the information as of March 31, 2016, 234 TV and radio channels, in particular thirty HD channels were available to subscribers of the package «Edinyi» in the broadcasting zone of the satellites Express-AMU1 and Eutelsat 36B. Taking into account additional packages, subscribers have the possibility to watch 260 channels.
