Tricolor TV gathered friends and partners in «Olympiysky»

Results of the key even in the area of organization of communications with subscribers were summed up — Tricolor TV gathers friends Concert which took place on 14 May 2014 in Moscow, in «Olympiysky» Sports Complex.

Participants of the event were 12 818 guests from various regions of the country, including 4 382 regional dealers of Tricolor TV.

Tricolor TV gathers friends Concert is a part of the loyalty program for the dealers and subscribers of the biggest operator of digital television. This is already the second event of such scale in the history of the telecommunications market. Unlike the first event which Tricolor TV organized in April 2012 in the State Kremlin Palace, participants of the concert were not only dealers — representatives of regional companies of the branch, but also subscribers. The total number of guests has grown thrice.

Domestic variety stars which performed on the stage of «Olympiysky» were selected by subscribers of Tricolor TV by Internet voting. Headliners of the evening were Vera Brezhneva and Grigory Leps, and also Sofia Rotaru, «ChaiF» band, Yulia Savicheva and Dina Garipova sang for the dealers and subscribers. Presenters of the program were Valery Syutkin and Anna Shulgina.

Sergey Stavropoltsev, Acting CEO of the company greeted friends of Tricolor TV from the stage of «Olympiysky». In his speech, he highlighted the contribution of the regional dealers into the success of Tricolor TV.

In spite of the tendency of reduction of attendance of corporate events, the company has made the decision to hold the concert, we wanted to arrange a real holiday for our dealers and subscribers. And not the format of sponsorship of a big event, quite traditional for marketing communications was chosen, bur our own project was organized. Taking into account the number of the guests and their opinions, we can tell with confidence about success of such approach already now. We consider the possibility of arranging similar events in future, and not only in the capital, but also in the regions of Russia.

Tricolor TV gathers friends is a special concert also from the point of view of technology. All invitation cards could be printed out independently, and identification of guests was carried out by bar codes. According to representatives of «Olympiysky» Sports Complex, this is the first event in the history of the Complex, when admission of such huge audience to the concert was 100% by electronic tickets.
