«Tricolor TV» has increased its service coverage by four times

In IV quarter of 2016, the corporate retail chain of the largest Russian digital television provider «Tricolor TV» expanded to 400 sales and service centers and monobrand showroom. Now the corporate chain coverage covers more than 300 cities throughout Russia.

«Tricolor TV» continues to develop its corporate retail chain in various regions of Russia. Now the geographic coverage of the corporate chain is expanded to 325 cities with 400 stores. The sales offices serve customers from among more than 40% of the multimillion database of subscribers of the operator. The total percentage of subscribers having the possibility to use services of the chain is 80%.

The strategic goal of «Tricolor TV» is to establish a chain of corporate sales offices with the high level of service, designed and being operated in accordance with unified standards. «Tricolor TV» plans to open sales and service centers in all million plus cities before the end of 2016. Moreover, in 2017 it plans to increase the level of primary connections through the corporate chain to 25%, and to fix the percentage of exchanges of obsolete equipment for new generation receivers at 50%.

«Tricolor TV» provides stores of the corporate chain with actual POS and advertising materials to form the unified visual perception of the brand and to inform customers about new promotional events and rates. Today one can not only buy sets of receiving equipment or pay for operator’s services in the brand stores of «Tricolor TV». Its brand stores are the main platform for the implementation of the program of exchange of satellite receiving equipment for the advanced one. Within 2016, the operator’s subscribers had the possibility to take part in large-scale All-Russian promotion events (such as «Turn on Spring with Tricolor TV» or «Detskyi is Closer Now!») in the sales offices. Since September, one can also buy the satellite Internet equipment or pay for satellite Internet services in the stores.

We also would like to remind that the corporate chain of «Tricolor TV» started in August 2015. It included 104 sales and service centers and brand showroom in almost one hundred cities of Russia at that time. Therefore, «Tricolor TV» actually increased its service coverage by 4 times within a little more than a year.
