Tricolor Launched Its Own Loyalty Program

The multiplatform operator has launched its own loyalty program. Now Tricolor clients will be able to get points for various desired actions and to exchange them into bonuses.

Tricolor own loyalty program is a result of development of Tricolor Bonus Program. While previously operator’s clients could receive free bonuses from Tricolor’s partners on bonus.tricolor.tv, now there are much more opportunities: clients will also be allocated points they may exchange into special offers that haven’t been available before.

To get points a Tricolor client needs to subscribe to any channel package of the operator, to buy or hire a film through the online service. The more actions there are, the more points are allocated. For example, subscription to Children’s Channel for a year brings 100 points, and a hire or purchase of a film — 50 points. Complete information about the points is available after authorization. During the first two months of program’s work the operator holds a special initiative and allocates more points. Thus, one can get 500 points for subscription to “Edinyj Ultra” (United Ultra) or extension of such a subscription.

The points allocated 14 days after the desired action is performed can be exchanged for special bonuses from partners a list of which will be updated and extended constantly. The points can already be spent in the online store on shop.tricolor.tv, exchanged into a subscription or an increased bonus from some Tricolor partner. Thus, the cost of a monthly subscription to Night Package or Children’s Package amounts to 300 points, a subscription for two months for the basic package can be bought for 250 points.

Tricolor plans to augment the list of options in the loyalty program and the bonuses available for clients regularly. In the nearest future already users will be able to exchange their points into discounts in online stores, food retail chains and at other partners of the program.

“The launch of the loyalty program is great news for all clients of Tricolor, particularly for those that actively use our bonus program. Now, paying for subscription one doesn’t get the access to high class content and our online service only, but also more attractive offers”, Dmitry Dyatlov, Line Head of Tricolor Loyalty Program, says.

To become a member of the loyalty program one needs to visit bonus.tricolor.tv and log in using a registered Tricolor ID and a password from the Tricolor personal account. If the Tricolor ID isn’t registered yet, the registration procedure needs to be undergone as per the instruction on tricolor.tv. The points are valid for 1 year. Increased points allocated in the framework of the initiative need to be spent within three months.
