Truly Unified: Tricolor Added AMEDIATEKA Service to Unified Ultra Package

The Tricolor multiplatform operator has added the AMEDIATEKA service with series and films by leading foreign studios into the Unified Ultra Package.

AMEDIATEKA with its iconic series and new films broadcasted simultaneously with the entire world will appear in the subscription for the Unified Ultra Package on November 3. There are globally known Game of Thrones, Euphoria, Friends, Twin Peaks, Succession, True Detective and other hits. Previously AMEDIATEKA has been available for Tricolor clients as a separate service only. The cost of a renewed Unified Ultra Package remains the same — 2,500 rubles per year.

These projects have already been available in the Tricolor online service, but now a need to include them into the core service — Unified Ultra Package — while keeping the same price of subscription for the package has become obvious. It has allowed making AMEDIATEKA and its premium content even more available. Such an offer is unique for the market”, Arsen Khomutov, Tricolor Content Director, commented.

A Unified Ultra Package includes 200+ satellite TV channels with the biggest set of Ultra HD channels in Russia (Tricolor broadcasts 10 UHD channels in total) and over 30,000 films and shows (content pieces) and more than 200 channels in the online service. All this is available for viewing at the same time on five different devices via one Tricolor ID.

The AMEDIATEKA service can also be connected sans the subscription to the Unified Ultra Package. AMEDIATEKA with shows and films by leading foreign studios and TV channels such as HBO, Showtime, CBS, Sky, LIONSGATE, Starz, BBC, Fremantle, Studio Canal is available for Tricolor clients with an active subscription to Unified and Extra channel packages and a subscription to Tricolor Online, Watch Movies and TV services for 349 rub./month. The cost of the service for users that have not subscribed to the core service yet is 599 rub./month.
